Never Get Bored With These 3 Smoothie Recipes

I am SUCH a creature of habit and once I find something I love, it's likely I will continue to cycle it through my diet, only making slight modifications here and there.

Over the years, I have developed a strong liking to smoothies because they're one of those meal options that are great in a pinch and easy to pack in the nutrients!


So, as I sit here sipping my smoothie (today I went with chocolate peanut butter) I wanted to share a few of my go-to recipes in hopes they help you on your health journey!


Morning Matcha

1 large banana

2-3 whole dates, pit removed

3-4 mint leaves

Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 cup shredded kale

1 tsp matcha (I use Wanna Matcha)

1/2 cup ice

1 1/2 cups water

Optional additions:

Sprinkle of cayenne pepper for an extra little ZING!

Chocolate Peanut Butter

1 large ripe banana

2-3 whole dates, pit removed

1 Tbsp cacao powder

2 Tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter like almond or cashew)

1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk (or water)

1/2 cup ice

Optional additions:

1 VIA coffee sachet

Super Berry

1 large ripe banana

2 whole dates (pit removed)

1/2 cup frozen berries

1/2 cup shredded kale

1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk (or water)

With all of these, you can also throw in a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder along with a Tablespoon or two of chia, flax, or hemp seeds, which will really kick up your fiber intake and keep you fuller, longer!
