Optimal health is more than just our physical and nutritional intake. I believe its the integration of 9 different dimensions that work synergistically to promote our well-being. Taking a deep look in to our everyday thoughts, behaviors, and habits can help us develop in a way that will heighten our awareness, create more opportunities, and make life more abundant!

In my coaching programs, we will look at how you're doing in each dimension and then work together to develop a course of action, aimed to enhance the areas we see fit! The goal, as always, is to integrate your Health routine so you can show up in life as your highest self!

Pre and Post Natal

The moment you become pregnant you begin thinking about your habits and how they can affect your baby.This is motherhood kicking in! Understanding each phase of pregnancy and what's important can be confusing, but implementing a conscious health routine now will not only positively effect the health of your baby, but will also make labor and postpartum recovery easier for you!

Transition to a Plant Based Diet

Like you, many people have become interested in a plant based diet due to the extensive health benefits, but the idea of making that transition can feel a little daunting. 

For some, the "cold turkey" approach woks well, but for others, it's more practical to take a slower approach. I will help you determine what will work best for YOU and then provide the education and tools needed to be successful!
